Dr. Athira Nair D is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Studies Sacred Heart College, Thevara, Kochi. Her areas of interest include neurobiology, pharmacology, biodiversity studies, and environmental chemistry.

Doctoral Programme:

Ph D in Zoology – Effect of Moringa oleifera leaf on Ageing Rat Brain.

2. Qualified GATE (Life Sciences) in 2016
3. Secured 7th Position (MSc Zoology) in M.G University, Kottayam
4. Secured 4th Position (BSc. Zoology) in M.G University, Kottayam
5. Received financial assistance for BSc Project from Kerala State Council for Science Technology and Environment (KSCSTE) (Student Project Scheme)
6. Received Prof. K.S. Francis Award for the best student in B.Sc. Zoology for overall
   performance in curricular and co- curricular activities, instituted by Kochumalayil
   family.
